Ever fancied a real Le Mans racer? Now you can, as Peugeot is parting ways with its 2007 908 V12 model. Chassis No. 2 was a beast, with a 700+ hp, dual overhead cam, twin-turbocharged engine matched to a sequential manual gearbox shifted via paddles on the steering wheel. Though it didn’t bring any wins to any of its drivers, this baby has notched two poles – one in Interlagos and the other in Spa. It’s up for auction at the RM Auctions event in Monaco on May 12. ~$1.98 million+. |
