Horrible Crash in Brno Race Track Posted: 27 May 2010 09:08 PM PDT In this footage Giogio Bartocci the driver of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 hit the wall and the car was instantly engulfed in flame, the weird thing about this clip is not the crash but the rescue procedure that has happened. Instead of extracting the driver from the blazing inferno the two safety workers tried to put out the fire first while doing it without any safety gears. After a minute, several track safety crew came while Giorgio’s co driver and crew members pulled him away from the blazing wreckage. The driver survived the crash with broken ribs and legs while 40% of his body got a 2nd-degree burn. We think that the injury will be far less serious if they assisted the driver quickly. Share This
